Return policy

It may happen that you want to return an order. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please add your order number with the return.

When we receive your product you will be credited with the full order amount, the same way your payment was done. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. We do not allow returns handed over on our (or any) address, all returns must be shipped to us, preferably to a PostNL location or business point.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary, we can pass this on depreciation of the refund to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@heiressdaily.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product yourself. Bear in mind that you can only return or exchange your purchase if it is in it’s original state with the tag attached to it.

Delivery time 

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are made on working days will be send within two working days. However, it does not always work for us to keep this up, sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order can take a little longer depending on the type of product or where you are from.

If you pre-order an item please keep in mind that the product is not in stock yet and it will take 7 working days for it to be in stock.

Warranty and complaints

Warranty
We care about our products andlogically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within 14 days of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints
It can always happen thatsomething does not go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@heiressdaily.com please write the word “complaint” in the title so we know what your e-mail is about and we can help you quick and solution-oriented.
